You not only should LOOK and what’s on the walls but also LISTEN to what the voice is saying. And unfortunately there is no one answer- the code is completely randomized!

password to madman.. listen to the background voice.. they tell u the combination .. like mine: tree, horse, spider.. so it is 4,3,8.. that’s it… i get out from the room
