Entry Deadline: March 20th, 2009
Eligibility dates for entry: The work that you enter into Cannes Lions 2009 needs to have aired or been published between March 1st, 2008 and April 30th, 2009.
The Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival is the world’s only truly global meeting place for those passionate about creativity in communications.

The Clio Awards is the world’s most recognized global awards competition for advertising, design, and interactive. For nearly five decades, the Clio Awards has maintained its original commitment to celebrate and reward creative excellence, honoring a powerful form of communication and its impact on modern culture. At the same time, the Clio Awards remains focused on evolving with the industry in order to acknowledge the most current, breakthrough work. Clio’s iconic statue is the most widely recognized and coveted symbol of the industry’s creative accomplishments.

Entry Deadline: January 30th, 2009
One Show Interactive was first launched more than a decade ago, and has since grown from a competition awarding the simple banners and websites of the time to the most prestigious award in the industry today, each year recognizing the monumental shifts and revolutionary changes that occur in the interactive landscape.

Entry Deadline: January 5th, 2009
The introduction of Category NEXT is designed to recognize unique and innovative thinking in all media. Work entered in this category should be ground-breaking and not conform to or with other categories in our show.
The ANDY jury will honor work that defines the demand for new and innovative thinking in our industry and will set the tone for how the industry moves into the future. Given that brief we expect no shortage of imagination and inspiration in submissions for this category.

Entry Deadline: January 16th, 2009
The ADC Annual Awards competition, currently in its 88th year, recognizes the best work of the year in print and broadcast advertising, interactive media, graphic design, publication design, packaging, photography and illustration. Professionals and students are welcome to enter.

Entry Deadline: December 11th, 2008
The Annual will showcase the finest creative work produced worldwide during 2008. The Annual aims to be the definitive guide to the year in visual communication, including Advertising, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Illustration and Music Video. As the only title to cover all these areas and with more than 25 years’ experience, Creative Review has allied its skills and knowledge with that of leading industry figures to select the most significant work of 2008.

Entry Deadline: January 21st, 2009
Judges are asked to consider three things. Firstly, the work must be a highly original and inspiring idea. Secondly, it must be exceptionally well executed. Thirdly, it must be relevant to its context.
In craft categories, like Sound Design or Typography, work is judged primarily on the strength of the specific craft, then on how it contributes to the success of the idea.

Interactive Annual Entry Deadline: January 19th, 2009
Graphis publications feature the best in Design, Advertising, Photography and Illustration. Each of our Annuals represents the best internationally produced work in that discipline from the previous year.
All featured work is carefully selected from a pool of entries submitted during our Call for Entry period. Only the most impressive work is selected for inclusion in the Annuals.

The Seattle Show’s purpose is to recognize and reward creative excellence in the legitimate, everyday workplace of the design, interactive, and advertising fields.
This means the Show only wishes to honor real work done for real clients with real marketing objectives. On occasion, work is entered that exists outside those boundaries, created solely for the purpose of winning an award, rather than satisfying a legitimate client’s needs. These types of entries are not permitted in the Seattle Show (except in the specific case of projects entered in special categories for unpublished work), and may be disqualified at the discretion of the judges if they feel the work does not appear to be legitimate.

2008 EYEBLASTER AWARDS
Since 2001 The Eyeblaster Awards have been recognized as one of the most prestigious awards in online advertising. They are celebration of engaging, effective and creative digital advertising from around the world.
Eyeblaster again welcomes you help select who receives the 2008 Eyeblaster People’s Choice Award from North America and the World.
This year marks the 7th anniversary of the event. The awards show will be held Wednesday, November 5 in New York City. Make plans to attend.
